Agreement to Terms

By using our services or visiting our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services.

Services We Provide

IronWood Bell Gardens Landscaping provides professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, and related services in Bell Gardens, CA and surrounding areas.

We'll work with you to understand your needs and provide quality service. However, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Scheduling and Cancellations

When you schedule service with us, we'll do our best to arrive during the agreed time window. Weather, equipment issues, or emergencies may occasionally cause delays. We'll contact you if we need to reschedule.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless we've arranged other terms with you. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

For recurring service contracts, payment is typically due monthly. If payment is more than 30 days late, we may pause service until your account is current.

All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. If we discover additional work is needed, we'll discuss it with you before proceeding.

Your Responsibilities

You're responsible for making sure we can safely access your property during scheduled service times. This includes:

  • Keeping gates unlocked or providing access codes
  • Securing pets that might interfere with work
  • Marking or identifying any underground utilities, sprinkler lines, or hidden hazards
  • Removing valuable items from work areas
  • Maintaining proper water service for irrigation work

If we can't safely complete the work due to access issues, pets, or hazards you didn't disclose, you may still be charged a service call fee.

Warranties and Limitations

We stand behind our work and will address any issues that result from our service. However, we can't guarantee specific results for living plants, which depend on many factors outside our control including weather, soil conditions, and ongoing maintenance.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service that caused the issue. We're not responsible for indirect damages or losses.

Some services like tree removal or major grading carry inherent risks. We'll discuss these with you before starting work, but you accept these risks when you authorize the service.

Property Damage

We carry liability insurance and will repair or compensate you for property damage we cause during our work. You must report any damage within 7 days of the service date.

We're not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities, irrigation lines, or other underground items you didn't tell us about.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We'll post the new terms on our website with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
